Best Body Slimmer - Waist Cincher Alternative

I thought I purchased the best body slimmer-waist cincher on sale at Avon and was so excited to get it on me.

I am 40lbs overweight, or was up until 2 months ago, and looked at various options that could help me look slimmer.

News Report! Guess what? I'm fat. I was in denial up until this eye opening experience as I forced myself into this thing made of stretchy fabric and cinch buttons and made me feel abnormal. This was the ultimate icing on the cake of disgust. I immediately got myself a 1/2 gallon, chocolate, marshmallow and nutty ice cream and ate my troubles away.

All the body slimming, waist cinching products out there will not disguise the truth, I am fat. It didn't make me feel sexy, in fact, in made me feel stuffed up. And worse than that, I couldn't breathe.

Yes! Go ahead and put yourself in one of these waist cinchers (waste time) and you'll feel puffed up. You won't be getting any love handling, just love handles in all the wrong places.

All is not lost. There is a positive to this body slimmer (waist cincher) story, it helped with my posture. At least for the time that I had it on. And, I had a slap of rude awakening in the face. I really needed to start doing something with myself. Or get so fat that I loose all hope of ever trying again.

I thought it was going to help me hold it all in, but the opposite happened, it just pushed it up higher and lower. It didn't get to the underlying problem of my weight. I can't help myself from overeating because everything tastes so wonderful and living a sedentary lifestyle because I'm so tired and don't have the time to exercise.

Now isn't that the story of all over weights out there. Honestly, how many excuses can one mother have.

I was hanging out in a WAHM forum and noticed an weightloss product another WAHM was promoting. The thought blew me away. Just like RedElf I too tried every fad diet and/or exercise DVD, program out there and this one sounded way too good to be true.

What the heck. I tried it anyway. It cost me $18 bucks to try, I felt like I had nothing to loose. Just a few bucks. It was the best $18 bucks I have ever spent on myself.

Yes, moms. You know what I mean. We spend so much time caring for the family and others that we never have time for ourselves. Until we finally stop to look at ourselves in the mirror and noticed the wrinkles, the yellow teeth, the white hairs, the dry/cracked feet.

Who is that staring back at me in the mirror? I no longer recognize her. Time to bust out the "doodads" and buffing machines, it's time for a full body makeover.

Now, if only I had more time and money to get all those "doodads" and machines!!
